When I tried to replace the refrigerator water filter, I broke the holder. Alex repaired it and also gave me advice to avoid breaking it again. I should avoid holding filter down -- keep it horizontal while turning it to release it. I was greatly for the advice and pleased with his work. I have used City tech before and will use again.

This company is outstanding!!! 1. Price point is lower than the other companies I've located through yelp. 2. George K return four (4!!!) times under the same service charge to address and resolve the issue. There was no friction related to making new appointments. 3. The parts department couldn't find an OEM supplier for the dryer drive motor. They offered a refund as they couldn't fix it, after three visits! I found one on ebay that they installed to resolve the issue. I will be using this team and service again and am quite surprised to find such a high-quality company! I cannot recommend them strongly enough.

I can't recommend CityTech highly enough, George for his diligence and Ellen for her great communication. A few weeks ago, I called them to repair a Bosch dishwasher. George arrived the next afternoon, diagnosed the issue quickly (the control module needed replacing) and ordered a new part. Unfortunately, Bosch was not as easy to deal with as CityTech. The new part was ordered and arrived. The part number was exactly the same as the old one, but the new control module had different and incorrect programming. After speaking to Bosch, George re-ordered the part. The second attempt arrived, again with the correct part number and again the programming was incorrect. Not only that, it was different from the first unit that was sent. After finally speaking to someone at Bosch that was knowledgeable, George was told that the part number for necessary control module had been changed, but had not been updated in the company's internal database. Earlier this week, George arrived with the correct part and now my dishwasher is working perfectly again. It took three attempts to source the correct replacement part from Bosch, but CityTech got the job done properly and didn't charge anything extra from the original quote. I doubt my next dishwasher will be a Bosch, but should I need another appliance or ac repaired, I'll definitely call CityTech again.

Amazing service. I called CityTech to service my fridge which was a less common brand that most other repair places would not even look at for me. The experience was super easy - called to schedule within the week, and they were very responsive, transparent, and professional. George K performed the service visit and was very knowledgeable and professional! You could tell he had many years experience and was very patient in addressing all of my questions and explaining what options I had. I haven't had much experience with broken appliances in the past, but CityTech really came through as a trustworthy and easy business to work with. I highly recommend this business and would trust them with any future repair issues I have.

I had an issue with my refrigerator it was leaking . I was at a loss because didn't know where it was coming from. I called City Tech and Alex came the next day on a Fourth of July weekend. He promptly assessed the problem, solved the issue and came back to replace the part that was broken. I highly recommend both Ellen and Alex as highly professional individuals that get the job done. The cost was average but if I had not called them I would of had a more serious expensive problem. Alex saved my fridge and is working perfectly now. I highly recommend them and they have a warranty for three months which is is a nice safety net. Don't hesitate to call..

My experience with CityTech was exceptional from beginning to end. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Ellen B was great. She understood my dilemma (repair or replace?), was very clear about the charges, and when I finally made up my mind to try a repair, she provided a technician the very next day. The technician, Alex, was amazing. He came in, took a look, knew what was wrong, and fixed it. Just like that. The fees are reasonable, but this service is worth anything. Incredibly nice, professional, and reasonable; what more can you ask? I will never go to another repair company again. Thank you, Ellen! Thank you, Alex!

Exceed my expectation and price is fair. My customized Blomberg refrigerator had defrost issue. Several other repair service wont take the job because it is a rare brand, but CityTech took the challenge. I got next day appointment right away. Charlie the technician immediately identify the root problem and steamed melt the ice. He also educated me valuable maintenance tips to avoid future problem that was not on the manual. Now my refrig returns as new. I value their broad knowledge of refrigerator brands, prompt response, and friendly interaction.

Everyone was very responsive and reliable with the times they were coming. My dryer was fixed quickly and costs were given upfront.
