SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program. CityTech HVAC & Appliance Repair sends text messages to customers who opt in. Messages include appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates and technician arrival notices, and — for customers who separately opt in — promotional offers and updates. By opting in you agree to receive these messages at the mobile number you provide, and confirm you are the owner or authorized user of that number.

Frequency and rates. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply to each message sent to and from your device. Contact your carrier for the details of your plan.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. You will get one confirmation, and nothing after that unless you opt in again.

Carriers. Delivery can be affected by your carrier's service. CityTech HVAC & Appliance Repair is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages, and carriers are not liable for them either.
